How to discover a new flavour by changing up a traditional Easter recipe?
Prepare some eggs stuffed with Hemp protein!
Boil the eggs and place in cold water to cool down. In the meantime prepare the spicy salted sprats, shrimps, salmon, radish, tomato and greens as garnishing for the eggs. Once the eggs have cooled down, peel off the shell, cut in half and remove the egg yolks. Place all of the egg yolks in a bowl, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and a teaspoon of Hemp protein. Mix well and fill the egg halves with the paste. Stuff and garnish the eggs as desired - with salmon, sprats, shrimps, flax seeds, vegetables and greens.
