FRESH SALAD WITH ROASTED BEETS

After the long holidays a light and delicious meal for lunch is the perfect option. We offer a recipe of some fresh salad with roasted beets.

Method:

Wash, dry and cut the salad leaves in thin strips. Slice the boiled egg, cucumber and radishes in thin, round slices and place on the salad leaves.  Cut the boiled beet in round slices. Pour rapeseed oil with garlic scent on a frying pan and place the beet slices once the pan has heated up. Fry the beets on both sides. While the beets are cooling down, slice cherry tomatoes in 4 parts and place on the plate. Add whole olives and sprinkle the salad with roasted flax seeds. Drizzle a teaspoon of rapeseed oil with garlic scent or homemade mayonnaise over the salad.
