Ingredients:

- Iecavnieks Rapeseed oil with lemon-coriander scent
- Iecavnieks Rapeseed oil with celery aroma
- Spices
- Rocket leaves (Arugula), cucumber, dill
Invite your family and friends over for some grilled salmon this weekend. This is an easy, quick and extremely delicious recipe.
Method:
Season salmon steak with spices and coat with Rapeseed oil with lemon-coriander scent and marinate for 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the salad - wash and dry rocket leaves, slice the cucumber and chop dill. Put everything in a bowl. Pour a tablespoon of Iecavnieks Rapeseed oil with celery aroma over the salad and add a pinch of salt.
Grill the salmon steak for about 10 minutes. Serve the salmon on a plate together with the salad.
