Ingredients:
- 200g butter
- 1 glass flour
- 1 glass sugar
- 5 eggs
- handful of spinach
2 tbsp Hemp protein (crushed hemp seeds
Method:
Melt butter, add sugar and mix well. Wash, dry and blend a handful of spinach. Add eggs and the blended spinach to the mass, stir again until a smooth mass forms. Add flour and hemp protein, mix again thoroughly and leave for a few minutes at room temperature. Pour the pancake batter into a preheated waffle maker and cook until ready.
Serve the waffles with fruits, berries, various sweet sauces and jams or with salmon and fresh cheeses.
