- 3 egg whites
- 500 gr mascarpone cheese
- 1 packet of 250 gr “Iecavnieks” chopped linseed with inulin
- 100 g gingerbread or cookies
- 100gr brown sugar
- A little juice (apple or something else of your choice)
- Jam of your choice
Crushed linseed mixed with brown sugar (to taste) and crushed gingerbread.
Whisk the egg whites into a stiff foam, add the mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
Place the linseed-gingerbread mixture in the dishes, which is sprinkled with juice (you can improvise and use cognac or black balsam), put egg white-mascarpone cream on top, then put the jam. Its several rounds. The last layer is decorated with fresh berries.
It is best to cook this sweet dish the day before, so that all the flavors and ingredients come together.
