- 150 grams of salmon fillet

On holidays, welcome your family and friends together with grilled salmon! This recipe is simple, quick to prepare and very delicious.
Season the salmon steak with spices and dizzle over a little bit of rapeseed oil with lemon and coriander. Let it marinate for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare salads – wash and dry rucola, cut cucumber and dill, mix it all together in a bowl. Pour salads with a tablespoon of "Iecavnieks" rapeseed oil with celery flavour and add a pinch of salt.
Grill the salmon for about 10 minutes. Arrange salmon on a plate together with salads.
