To bring some sunshine to the chilly autumn mornings we offer a delicious breakfast smoothie recipe with our new product - Iecavnieks Hemp protein.

Making smoothies is very simple. If you want to make a colourful smoothie, take a handful of blueberries, a teaspoon of Hemp protein and a tablespoon of buttermilk - blend the ingredients and pour in a glass. For the second layer you will need to blend two canned peach halves. For the third layer blend one kiwi and a teaspoon of Hemp protein. For the fourth layer pour in some blended mango, but for the last layer - blended strawberries.

To bring some green into your day you can use a handful of spinach, a handful of dill, two celery stalks, a few basil and parsley leaves, one avocado and two medium-sized cucumbers. Place all the ingredients in a blender and coat with juice from 1/2 lemon. Add three tablespoons of hemp protein and a glass of buttermilk. Blend everything well until a smooth drinkable mass forms. You can garnish the cocktail with sprouted seeds.

If your morning routine does not allow preparing more difficult protein cocktails, we suggest a simpler smoothie recipe with only three ingredients - a handful of blueberries, a glass of buttermilk and three tablespoons of Hemp protein. Blend all the ingredients and receive plant-based protein, amino acids, fibre, carbohydrates, as well as calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and other valuable substances that are extremely vital for the human body from one single breakfast meal.
